I’m better prepared now and I rarely spend more than 5.

The reason I love to be involved in the interview process for senior positions at my company is because I really care about finding the absolute best people. Get this right and the rest of my role as Founder goes so much smoother.

Today we’re going to re-engage with Mai, my Talent Acquisition Specialist, and see how she streamlined our hiring process using AI, which in turn has allowed me to participate more in high-value activities, vs. reading and taking notes.
