In my most recent candidate search for a Social Media Manager, we got 100+ applicants, performed 15 phone screens and did 4 final interviews. The magic really happens here! I take my interview transcript, paste into chat GPT and ask her to summarize it, provide a hire/no hire recommendation for this interview round, and suggest follow up questions for the next interviewer. Mind-Blowing stuff
