What to Expect from a Real Intelligence Workshop?

Updated: Aug 21

Over the past six months, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting countless founders. As an area director for Southeast Asia, I oversee around 600 entrepreneurs, but I've actually interacted with many more—about 1,800 in total across the APAC region. One recurring question stands out: "How do I start integrating AI and automation into my business?"

Enter the Real Intelligence Workshop—a concept designed to bridge the gap between your people and AI. If your team can effectively utilize AI, the sky's the limit. Here's what happens in our four-hour, interactive workshop.

We kick things off with an hour-long crash course on the basics of AI and automation. No technical jargon; the focus is on how AI learns and how to craft better prompts. This sets the stage for understanding the future landscape of AI, from prompt engineering to agent-based applications.

Next, we move into an alignment session using the Toyota Kata framework. We spend an hour defining what "awesome" looks like for your company. We identify obstacles and prioritize them, leveraging ChatGPT to formulate a clear, actionable target condition to aim for within the next three months. This results in a prioritized backlog and a robust action plan.

From there, we'll delve into practical applications. Often, we build out some initial automations that founders can expand upon through our community resources. We focus on eliminating repetitive tasks that drain resources. We explore prompt customization for meeting summaries and integrate these actions into your existing systems.

Finally, the workshop wraps up with a hands-on session using make.com for building custom automation workflows. By the end, you’ll have a readiness report and a detailed action plan—whether you want to continue independently or with our support.

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with participants leaving equipped with actionable insights they can immediately apply. That’s real ROI.
